Congratulations to Ben Welsh, Los Angeles Times, who submitted Proposal 1. Welsh worked with a hip hop typographer he refers to as Tone to create the shirt. Congratulations as well to Anthony DeBarros, USA Today, who submitted Proposal 16. Because of how close the voting turned out, IRE decided to print both the first and second place T-shirts. Both shirts will be available for sale at the 2012 CAR Conference. Here is how the voting broke down among the top five.
