Pennsylvania State Reporter (Harrisburg, Pa.)

CNHI's Pennsylvania newspapers seek an experienced journalist to cover breaking, enterprise and investigative stories from the statehouse in Harrisburg. The reporter will focus on original reporting for six daily newspapers and websites serving readers in Johnstown, Sunbury, Sharon, New Castle, Meadville and Danville.

We're looking for someone who is resourceful and consistent in filing well-crafted stories that drive home the news and its implications to our readers. The position requires knowledge of open records and FOI laws, ability to comb government data for untold stories, and a keen sense of high-impact news. Multimedia and social media skills are helpful.
