Special Projects Producer
We are recruiting for a Special Projects Producer with a successful track record in investigative journalism. Candidate must possess the skill set required for producing compelling stories including those associated with computer-assisted reporting as well as more traditional methods. In addition to our investigative needs, the successful candidate will also manage our sweeps calendar and oversee Special Assignments/Projects for our Anchors and Reporters.
Requirements, skills & abilities: Must have strong writing and story telling talents, excellent organizational skills and meet required deadlines. Must have exceptional creativity, self-motivated and be able to work with minimal to no supervision. Good and quick decision maker. Supervise the work of others. Must possess at least four (4) years of newsroom experience as an investigative producer.
