WMAQ-TV (Chicago) examines the Cook County Medical Examiner's failure to determine that a woman had murdered her children one by one until all six children were dead; coroner had determined that the first four deaths had been caused by "sudden infant death syndrome," but after the sixth death the cause was changed to suffocation, June 29, 1990.
