    He dresses like a doctor, examines patients like a doctor, prescribes medication like a doctor and does business inside a Houston area medical clinic...like a doctor. The problem is, the investigation exposed, he is not a doctor and he was illegally peddling dangerous steroids and other controlled prescriptions. With cameras rolling this unlicensed, unqualified, individual offered to inject illegal steroids into an undercover KPRC-TV employee.

The investigation found most of the property was oil industry- related and was found by looking at Coast Guard inspection reports, Lloyd's of London vessel registries, port traffic logs and drilling reports, as well as tax and corporate records.
