Lost Arcos
A Phoenix News Times' investigation revealed that "Scottsdale officials suppressed key financial documents revealing how much private interests will profit from a hockey arena development requiring at least $350 million in public subsidies. The story revealed that the city and the Phoenix Coyotes had conspired to keep secret how much money the Coyotes would make until after a November tax election."
