Hitting the Mark on Homeland Security Stories
Sean Holstege and his newsteam produced the first in-depth statewide look at Homeland Security spending. In this tipsheet, Holstege thoroughly explains the process, including 16 lessons he learned from the experience. He also attatched his FOI requests and some of the information he recieved.
