WNEM-TV reports "Mayor Woodrow Stanley of Flint, Michigan takes a hard line on the issue of residency. During contract negotiations with municipal unions, Mayor Stanley refused to talk about allowing city employees to live outside city limits. WNEM 5 learned three of the mayor's appointed department heads maintained residences in different cities and only had apartments in Flint. In the past, other city employees have been fired over this same issue."
