Description

An ABA Journal investigation shows how a once highly respected Marine Corps captain deceived the Corps from the day he applied to become an officer, in 1983, until he pleaded guilyt to felony charges, in 1994. Jeffrey Zander carried a chestful of medals. The only problem was that he had awarded them to himself, just as he had also given himself a license to practice law. (March, 1995)
