Description

The Boston Globe takes an in-depth look at a 1984 child abuse case in which a day care center and its owners were charged with abuse. The Globe found that much of the case was tainted by poor technique on the part of the lawyers and public hysteria which made it nearly impossible for a fair trial. As a result a groundswell of public opinion has urged that the case be reopened. (Dec. 3 - 7, 1995)
