Description

WKRN-TV investigated a major problem of convicted killers being allowed to walk away from state prisons. In the last two years, at least 70 convicted felons escaped from one minimum-security prison. Nine of those were convicted killers. At least two escapees were linked to murders committed after they were allowed to walk away. (July 17 - 19, 1995)
