KNXV-TV sent a producer, carrying a hidden camera, to get a job with a telemarketing company, Challenged Workers of America. The investigation found workers using one voice with each other, and another voice on the phone. The series revealed that most of the products ordered by the victims of this scam were never really made or packaged by challenged workers, and how the real handicapped were ripped off. (July 7 & 12, 1995)
