Description

At the end of the 1980's in France, a leading curator (now Director) of the Louvre Museum, and a friend of President Francois Mitterrand were indicted for receiving stolen goods. The case involved an aged heiress who was robbed of her Old Master paintings by her lawyer and a gangland barmaid, and put to a slow death through starvation. (Jan. 12, 1995)
