Description
A State Press investigation found that ASU's reporting process for sexual assault leaves survivors traumatized and often without justice. No cases from 2017-2019 referred for prosecution to the county were prosecuted, and over half were closed without referral. Less than half of cases investigated by the University's Student Rights and Responsibilities office were found to have violated the Student Code of Conduct.
