Session description: Just about every local or national issue can be looked at through the military and veterans communities. And, the health and welfare of service members and veterans inevitably affect the communities in which they live--from feeling a need to be included and joining an extremist group to dealing with the long-term effects of traumatic brain injury. We'll show you how to think about stories differently but also provide you with story ideas you can write immediately and the data you need to get at them.
