IRE24 classes that require pre-registration

Once you've registered for the 2024 IRE Conference, you'll be able to register for any of the classes below.

How to register: Click on the link to the class. You'll see a detailed description, instructor information and the number of seats remaining. As long as you have purchased a conference ticket, you will be able to add the class to your cart and check out. If you have not purchased a conference ticket, you will need to do that before the 'Add to cart' button appears.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be sent via email to logistics@ire.org. All cancellations must be in writing. There is a $15 processing fee for each class until June 3. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after June 3 due to the limited seating in these classes.

*Please note that your seat may be re-sold if you do not show up within 10 minutes of the class start time.

Registration policy: The number of available seats for a class is shown on the ticket page. If a class is sold out, you cannot register for it. You can check back periodically to see if any seats have become available through cancellations. Seats will be filled online until the class starts. Any available seats will be filled onsite, at the start of the class on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment for the class will be collected onsite. If you have any questions about registration, please email logistics@ire.org.
