Once you've registered for the 2025 NICAR Conference, you can use this page to sign up for additional hands-on classes.
How to register: Click the link to the class you're interested in. You'll see a description, instructor information and the number of seats remaining. As long as you have purchased a conference ticket, you should be able to add the class to your cart and check out. If you have not purchased a conference ticket, you will need to do that before the "Add to cart" button appears.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be sent via email to logistics@ire.org. All cancellations must be in writing. There is a $15 processing fee for each class until Feb. 17. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after Feb. 17 due to the limited seating in these classes.
Registration policy: The number of available seats for a class is shown on the ticket page. If a class is sold out, you cannot register for it. You can check back periodically to see if any seats have become available through cancellations. Seats will be filled online through the day before the class starts. After that day, any available seats will be filled on-site, at the start of the class on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment for the class will be collected onsite.
