You'll find a focus on border issues and criminal justice investigations. You'll find the latest in data journalism, including hands-on training using spreadsheets, databases, mapping software and visualization tools.
Click here for early registration. Need a place to stay? Overflow rooms have been added at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio. Rooms will be available untilFriday, June 14 or until the block is full, reservations will be accepted beginning Tuesday, June 4.
What do you get out of mentoring at the IRE Conference?
IRE pairs those who signed up with a mentor, and contact information is provided to both mentors and those who want to be mentored. Mentors and mentees can then agree on a time and place to meet at the conference. These provide an opportunity for in-depth, one-on-one coaching on investigative reporting. These private sessions allow attendees to seek advice on challenging stories or follow-up ideas. Learn more about mentoring here, or click here to register now.
