Female investigative reporters face a unique set of challenges. How do we press for accountability without being called a b*#@$? How do we get answers in a friendly way without someone thinking we’re “using what we’ve got”? Both inside and outside the newsroom, our road to becoming established investigative reporters hasn’t been without pebbles (sometimes boulders) of sexism.
