This handout includes Sullivan's Uplink article "Building your own local hall of records" as well as a brief explanation of intranets and a list of necessary equipment for using them. (An intranet contains the elements that make up the internet, but it's designed to reach a select group of people such as a newsroom, so reporters can share information).
