Description

These reports document heavy drug and alcohol use by Ford Ranger assembly plant workers before and during their shifts. Workers down beer and liquor in a local park while on their lunch breaks; other mixed beer and marijuana before heading to the plant. The public park where they partied was in direct sight of Ford management windows. The report emphasizes the relationship between drug abuse and product quality, as well as pointing out that the high cost of chemical abuse in the workplace is passed on to consumers, sometimes amounting to as much as three car payments a year.
