The Pantagraph reports on its legal efforts to obtain "a complete list of federal inmates held in the DeWitt County jail. After FOIA requests were denied, the newspaper filed a lawsuit in February 2001 against the DeWitt County Sheriff's Dept. seeking the complete list of all federal inmates."
