Description

A two-part Dateline NBC series that examines the troubling issue of consumer racism in America. Many African Americans believe that they receive unequal treatment at retail establishments in the form of profiling by suspicious security guards and inferior treatment by clerks. But only recently has consumer racism become a major issue for retailers, as more and more black consumers have taken big companies like Home Depot, Foot Locker, and Eddie Bauer to court.
