Being a great mentor or mentee takes a lot of work and should not be a transactional relationship. As a mentee, it's about more than absorbing knowledge; it’s about building a collaborative and respectful relationship. And mentors: It's not about telling war stories or having all the answers. The guidance you provide should be safe and supportive, and if done right, you’ll make a lasting impact on their career—and your own.
Join this conversation to learn more about what it takes to be the best mentor or mentee. We'll also cover the NICAR25 mentorship program and leave lots of time for questions.
This free webinar is only available to current IRE members.
