Speaker Bios

  • Lisa Abramowicz is a credit-markets reporter at Bloomberg News, covering everything from debt-trading volumes to junk-bond values to the credit market's transformation in response to new regulations. Before starting at Bloomberg in 2010, she worked at Asset-Backed Alert, a trade publication covering the securitization industry, and as a daily newspaper reporter at The Fargo Forum and Staten Island Advance.

  • Michelle Conlin is a Senior Correspondent at Reuters, where she covers housing and the fallout of the American foreclosure crisis. Previously, she was a Senior Writer at BusinessWeek, where she wrote about the culture of work, social issues and the labor market. She's appeared regularly in film, radio and TV, including NBC's "Today Show," ABC's "Good Morning America,” CBS's "The Early Show," NPR, MSNBC, PBS and CNN.
