  • Holly Hacker is an investigative reporter at The Dallas Morning News. She worked in the IRE/NICAR Data Library while earning her master's degree at the Missouri School of Journalism. She was part of the team that won the 2007 Philip Meyer Award for exposing cheating on standardized tests in Texas. @hollyhacker

  • Energy reporter at the Houston Chronicle, covering power and renewables. Before that covered economics, the work place and legal affairs. Grew up in Wisconsin, received bachelor's degree in sociology from University of Wisconsin-Madison and master's of science degree in economic history from the London School of Economics.   • Mike Soraghan reports for E&E News, an online news outlet covering energy and the environment. He writes enterprise and investigative stories, primarily on the oil and gas industry. He's written stories that led to safety improvements at oil well sites and shone a light on oil executives who were trying to squelch research into earthquakes caused by their industry.
