IRE has worked with the Renaissance Orlando Resort at Sea World to extend the deadline to receive a discounted rate on rooms. Conference attendees have until May 20 to book a room at the discounted rate, or until our room block is full (whichever comes first). The room block has sold out prior to the final day to make reservations in past years.
The conference room rate is $169 plus tax, which is currently at 12.5% (single/double). All conference attendees staying at the Renaissance Orlando SeaWorld will receive complimentary internet access in their guest rooms during their stay. This is a savings of $14.95 plus tax per night.

To make a reservation by phone, call the reservation line at 1-800-266-9432 and ask to make a reservation in the "2011 IRE Annual Conference" room block.
