NICAR25 Exhibitors & Recruiters

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting or recruiting at the 2025 NICAR Conference in Minneapolis. The NICAR Conference offers something for everyone, from beginners to those on the cutting edge of digital reporting. The conference attracts approximately 1,000 attendees from around the world. Exhibitor Packages 

Includes tabletop exhibitor space at the NICAR conference, exhibitor listing on the conference website, mobile app and signage. 

Corporate exhibitor: $2,500

Non-profit exhibitor: $2.250

University exhibitor: $1,750

Recruiter Packages

Includes tabletop recruiter space at the NICAR conference, recruiter listing on the conference website, mobile app & signage and complimentary job postings for six weeks.

Corporate recruiter: $2,500

Non-profit recruiter: $2,250

University recruiter: $1,750

Both packages include one table, two chairs, one full registration, and one  exhibitor/recruiter only registration. The exhibitor/recruiter registration includes access to the exhibitor/recruiter area only. Wireless access for general email use is included in the package. Additional requirements, including but not limited to phone lines, electricity, hard wired internet access, AV equipment and receiving/shipping/storage of shipped items are the responsibility of the recruiter/exhibitor. Exhibitors/recruiters are responsible for any and all costs associated with these items.

Your application is not approved until you receive email confirmation with your booth number and additional details. If your application is not approved, IRE will refund your application fee.
