NICAR25 heads to Minneapolis!

Join us March 6-9 at NICAR25 in Minneapolis. IRE's annual data journalism conference offers essential training in the latest computer-assisted reporting tools, tips and trends.

Board of Directors to meet Dec. 6

The IRE Board of Directors will meet from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, December 6, 2024.

Fellowships open for Data Bootcamp

IRE's Data Journalism Bootcamp empowers journalists to produce hard-hitting, data-driven stories. We will host three bootcamps at the University of Missouri School of Journalism in 2025.

Fellowship applications are due Jan. 6 for:

  • TV and radio journalists
  • Journalists and educators of color
  • Journalists serving rural communities
  • Journalism educators.
