Private school tax credits going to publicly-funded charter schools

In the most recent installments of its series on private school tuition tax credits, The Arizona Republic revealed that the system is so lax that publicly-funded charter schools have been able to tap into the tax credit intended for private schoolsThe Republic also found that a number of private school tuition organizations are failing to donate the minimum 90 percent of their revenues to scholarships as required by law.
