Description

Public housing authorities are turning more and more to private landlords to house poor families. In return, these building owners collect billions in federal subsidies each year. We talk about how to match up payment, inspection and municipal data to investigate the state of this “new” public housing.

This session is good for: Reporters looking for story ideas. To replicate, mapping, Excel, and Access are required. SQL too depending on how much data you pull.
