Eastsideweek found that the Nintendo game sets being sold in Latin America were actually refurbished products. Apparently, when Nintendo of America closed its manufacturing plant in Seattle and went south, many of the products that left the faciulity had been previously bought and returned, Mar. 23, 1994.
