Description

Missouri House Speaker Bob Griffin, the second most powerful politician in the state and the man who pushed through laws legalizing casinos in Missouri, apparently violated state law by demanding a $16 million cash payment from a casino. If the casino did not make the payment to his friends, Griffin threatened casino operators with problems winning a state license.
