Description

An investigation into national banks found that they routinely discarded customers' unshredded confidential doucments. For criminals who knew what they could find in the trash dumpsters, this was better then finding a wallet with cash in it. With litte effort these "dumpster divers" in unlocked, unguarded trash dumpsters yielded enough infomation for criminals to to apply for credit in unsuspecting customers' names.
