ABC News 20-20 "investigation into crimes against the US Mail. 20/20 found an institution under attack by ciminals inside and outside the Post Office. The biggest finding surrounded how much mail is 'dumped' by those entrusted to deliver it. Additional findings included exposing a postal service ill-equipped to handle 'street crimes' against the mail and its carriers. 20/20 foudn 20% of the crimes against the mail are committed by employees of the post office."
