Description

The Hunter Spy Plane could have cost taxpayers more than four billion dollars, but the Pentagon scrapped the program. KGO-TV received unprecedented access to teh Black Tower Complex in Arizona, the proving grounds for the Hunter. Through sources and video obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, KGO-TV was able to uncover a story of waste and bureaucratic bugling. (Aug. 25 & Sept. 13, 1995)
