WAVY conducts a comprehensive overview of a wide range of issues involving illnesses among veterans of the Persian Gulf War in 1991. The investigation examines the military's own records from the war, raising questions about whether commanders at the time were intentionally deceiving troops and withholding information about a possible chemical attack.
