Description

Every state has a so-called lemon law protecting new car consumers who purchase a defectice car. WTVJ wanted to know what happens to those cars once they've been bought back from the first owner. Reselling is legal in Florida, but the potenial consumer is to be told of the car's condition. A WTVH investigation found that consumers are often buying someone else's lemon without knowing it.
