KTVT-TV "discovered the top ten meters that break down the most in Dallas break down on 2 city blocks in the center of the city's hottest nightclub district. For a few weeks in the summer, we went around with a hidden camera, putting coins in about a hundred parking meters. In may instances, we watched meters give us less time than what we paid for.
