Description

Over a six-month period, the Union-Tribune reported about misconduct at the San Diego County District Attorney's Office in its treatment of key informants. The paper reported that the DA's Office allowed an informant to have conjugal visits with his wife in the prosecutors' offices when he supposed to be held in jail, and also allowed him to have unauthorized visits with his girlfriends.
