Description

The body of Carol Neulander was found bludgeoned to death in her home on Nov. 1, 1994. A long investigation by the Philadelphia Inquirer ensued. The work of reporter Nancy Phillips uncovered scads of new information, and eventually led to the confession of a man who had been hired by Rabbi Fred Neulander, Nancy's husband, to commit the crime.
