Description

An investigation of AXT Inc, a California based semiconductor manufacturing firm, found that over a course of 5 years the company poisoned their employees with arsenic. When the California Department of Occupational Safety demanded the company to clean up its firm and fined them $315,000, the company managed to appealed long enough to move the firm to China. AXT's former workers, 90% of them being Chinese, were crippled and diagnosed with cancer.
