#RickyLeaks is the story of how the revelation of 889 pages of a Telegram chat between Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo RosselloĢ Nevares and his closest aides triggered citizen protests that ended in the resignation of RosselloĢ Nevares less than three weeks after they started. The first resignation of an elected governor in the history of Puerto Rico.
The two-story series exposes undue influences, questionable contracts and potential corruption schemes by some members of the chat. During his administration, Gov. RosselloĢ Nevares knew about many of these allegations, yet did nothing to stop this, the investigation found.
