Description

The Orlando Sentinel was one of 25 Florida newspapers who participated in Sunshine Sunday -- a public awarness campaign where the newspapers wrote about the importance of freedom of information laws. Every story published in the March 10, 2002 issue of the Orlando Sentinel that relied on state and federal public-record laws was accompanied by a tiny sunshine logo. This tipsheets features examples of some of the stories published that day, as well as stories the Orlando Sentinel did on Dale Earnhardt.
