**5/11: Wednesday evening, June 22, Thursday evening, June 23 and Saturday evening, June 25 are currently sold out at the Gaylord Rockies in the IRE block, however, rooms are available at overflow properties listed below. Any updates on Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday night rooms will be updated here. Rooms are still available on Friday night at this time.

The discounted room rate is $259 (single/double) per night plus tax**, the nightly rate is inclusive of the $23 per night resort fee. This block is available until Monday, May 30, 2022 or until the block is full (whichever occurs first). If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid any cancellation fees.

**The total tax collection is presently 12.75%, which includes the Aurora Lodging tax (8%), Colorado State tax (2.9%), Adams County tax (0.75%), Cultural District tax (0.10%), RTD Commuter Rail tax (1.0%). An additional $2.00 Aurora Destination Marketing Fee will apply daily.

The discounted block for the 2022 IRE Conference at the Gaylord Rockies is sold out. Please contact A Room With A View for information on additional overflow hotel options. They will secure the lowest available rates at the best available hotels within a short distance to The Gaylord Rockies.

This is a free service for all IRE conference attendees. When securing a reservation with A Room With A View, you will be on a waitlist for rooms at The Gaylord Rockies should cancellations occur in the group room block.

The discounted room rate is $184 (single/double) per night plus tax. This block is available until Saturday, May 21, 2022 or until the block is full (whichever occurs first). If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so by 4pm the day prior to your arrival to avoid any cancellation fees. The Holiday Inn Express does include complimentary airport transportation from DIA to the hotel from 4-11 p.m. daily. IRE will be providing transportation to the Gaylord Rockies throughout the conference days.

Valet parking is available at Gaylord Rockies for $39 per day, plus tax. Onsite self parking is available for $29 per day, plus tax. Parking charges are subject to change without notice. IRE is not able to reimburse parking costs or provide a discount.
