If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid any cancellation fees.

PARKING

Hotel Parking

Only valet parking is available at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. No self parking is available. Parking is $46/day, plus tax.

Parking charges are subject to change without notice. IRE is not able to reimburse parking costs or provide a discount.

Nearby Parking Garages

Parking garages near the hotel are less expensive than the hotel's rates. You can find nearby garages, along with their rates, here.

AIRPORT

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is about 12 miles from our conference hotel.

Uber and Lyft are available at the airport with dedicated pick-up locations. Taxi service is also available.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Ground Transportation to/from BWI Airport
The MTA Light Rail offers transportation from the BWI Airport to downtown Baltimore. There are two stops in downtown Baltimore, Penn Station and Camden Station, and both are about a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute car ride to the hotel.

Transportation from Washington, D.C. and select Baltimore Counties
The MTA MARC Train offers transportation from Washington, D.C., Baltimore City and surrounding Baltimore counties to the BWI airport. From the BWI airport, travel to one of the two stations in downtown Baltimore.

Amtrak

Taking the Amtrak train to Baltimore is another option. The closest Amtrak station to the hotel is the Baltimore Penn Station which is about a 10 minute drive, or 30 minute walk, from the hotel.
